While it is too easy to respond to the ecological and spiritual crises of our times with despair and denial, these challenges also issue a call for a different, simpler, more joyful life. The Green Good News seeks to cultivate communities that are finding renewal through the Gospel, and that are rediscovering the Good News through the practices and insights of sustainability and the food movement.
The Green Good News works with churches, schools, and community organizations to integrate sustainable living and Christian discipleship. Grounded in initiatives in Central Kentucky, it also seeks to work with other congregations and communities with an emphasis on education.
If your church, class, or organization would be interested in learning more about how the food movement, sustainability and simple living are connected to Christian faith check out the "Teaching, Speaking, Organizing" page and contact us.
